Every third of week of April, the biggest festivals in the Philippines gather in Manila for the Aliwan Fiesta, known as the festival of festivals in the Philippines where visitors and onlookers can experience the best of Philippine festivals in one place! The highlight of the event is the street dance parade and the Reyna ng Aliwan beauty pageant.

- April 22, 2010 – Pasakalye – 7 p.m. – Aliw theater outdoor stage
- April 23, 2010 – Festival Queen pageant – 7 p.m. -Aliw Theater outdoor stage
- April 24, 2010 – Grand Parade – 4 pm kick off behind Mall of Asia, moving toward Aliw Theater via Seaside Boulevard and Macapagal Boulevard. Awarding program at 9 p.m. – Aliw theater outdoor stage

Puno ng SKILLS or Difficulties of Dance at hindi basta basta gayahin, Innovations, great music ,beautiful costumes,at walang kasawa sawa panoorin. na prove ulit ng iloilo na napakaganda talaga ng festival nila sa buong pilipinas at agree din ako sa ATOP sa totoong pili nila as the Best Tourism Event of the Philippines ang Dinagyang ,credible talaga ang Association of Tourism Officers of the Philippines.
