See Baguio City in full bloom this February 2010 during the “Panabenga Festival†also called the “Baguio City Flower Festivalâ€. The Panabenga is the biggest festival in the city and is held to celebrate the beautiful flower the city is famous for. It is a month long event, which peaks during the weekends.
