  1. If caticlan airport will be developed to international airport, Kalibo airport will likely become secondary airport. almost 80 to 90% using Kalibo airport is going in or out of boracay.
ever since, caticlan airport is look down by politicians, even the present provincial government, they don’t like the idea of developing the Caticlan airport.
Guests going in or out of boracay wants a good vacation, not a long 2 hours bus ride.
Tourists still prefer caticlan airport than Kalibo airport…

  2. If KALIBO has the same Airport as Iloilo for Example it will contribute more to our Passenger traffic it’s not fair to have Airport like a Elementary School Building.

    1. Hope they will do something about it…I don’t know how government officials do the concern…or maybe because others just do it for personal reason-(political maybe?). Kalibo International Airport deserves a better terminal building and better airport navigational facilities among others. It contributed a lot in sales receipt for additional funding of the government. Better impression would also make tourist to return back to our country. Hope this will be prioritized.

      1. caticlan must be a major domestic airport and kalibo for the international ones…. thats all..
