On May 10, 2010, more than 38-million Filipinos exercised their right to vote for the Philippines 2010 Elections and chose the next set of leaders that will be shaping the Philippines’ future in the next couple of years and beyond. It was the first time that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) implemented partial automation of the elections, and within a few days of tallying, the results are already in.
