Thanks for your information regarding the guesthouse, we have spoken to Mr.Barnard and the information which he reviled to us which clearly show;s to us the land and the house is not suitable to us.
Now we are giving a task to help our requirement,
1. We need any rundown shop or restaurant right in heart of downtown or where all foreigner get together all time.
2. We need land 2000Sqm2 or one acre right on the lake or river which go to sea.
3.Also look for the land for sale or any rundown hotel/motel/resort at Forrest Camp areas or near or on beach.
