I havent been to Davao in ages but I remember the centre of the city (though its the biggest city in the Philippines) looks like Avenida Rizal. Has it caught up with the development like in Cebu?
I’d say Davao is definitely growing pretty fast these days. There are a lot of exciting developments in Cebu spearheaded by Ayala Land.
Outside Manila, Cebu is still on a league of its own so it’s hard to compare it to other places.
