Mt. Bandilaan is located right at the center of Siquijor Island. It is accessible by motorcycle or “habal-habal”.

yes we went to Mt. Bandilaan on April 22, 2011 and passed by the newly bulldozed road and hiked on the mud for a kilometer. we had a great time despite the difficulty and instead contained ourselves of the mystical scenery of the huge trees of the forest until we reached the paved road. we had a good laugh as we found ourselves and our guide, lost in the forest. but weren’t really lost as we considered it as our version of finding the way to the cross of Jesus on the top of the hill.
