The Sky Experience Adventure is the newest built-in entertainment feature of Crown Regency Hotel & Towers in Osmeña Blvd., Cebu City. This feature comes in two forms at the Skywalk Extreme and the Edge Coaster Ride. The 37-storey Crown Regency Hotel is the tallest hotel structure in the Philippines and the tallest building outside Manila.
The Skywalk Extreme challenges the extreme adventurer to go out and walk around the outer rim of the tower located at the Sky Lounge on the 37th floor. Sky walkers are hooked on to a safety harness system, much like the ones used in movie stunts. A trained Skywalk captain is assigned to guide and assist each group of Sky walkers. This experience spells total fun when done with a partner or a group.
At the 38th floor on the other hand, the Edge Coaster dares any adventurer to ride a two-seater coaster that glides around the tower for four (4) minutes while enjoying the view of the city. The seat starts slowly with speed bursts along the corners for added thrill. The seat also tilts down up to 55 degrees giving the rider a taste of adrenaline rush! An interactive lever allows the riders to control the degree of tilt, giving them the option of a relaxed or adventurous ride.
