Vallehermoso is a 4th class municipality in the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines. The town was the official residence of the revolutionary leader and hero of Negros Oriental, ─Don Diego de la Viña y de la Rosa. Don Diego de la Viña shaped the beginnings of the municipality, “Valle hermoso” when he saw the beautiful valley.
